Just thought you'd like to know . . .

So I may not be able to knit, crochet, draw, paint, or do any of those cool "crafty" sorts of things, but I can make people. Or at least so far it seems to be going pretty well. Our baby is about 13 weeks old now and, as far as we can tell from the ultrasounds, appears to be growing properly. And in our last ultrasound, she (well, we think it's a she) made it quite clear that she's going to be one of the cutest babies on the planet. She did a little dance for us and demonstrated her ability to think deep thoughts by frequently putting her fist to her head, just like The Thinker. So we're pretty sure that she will not only be a good dancer but that she will also be brilliant. She's set to make an appearance into this lovely world on March 19th and in a few more weeks we should know if she really is a she (and I'll be sure to let you know, especially if we discover she's a he).

PS Since I haven't actually blogged since I finished writing my thesis (as you can see from the previous post), it might be good to mention that James returned honorably from his mission in France and two months later we were married in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity. You should also know that the last 10 months of my life have been some of the happiest I've known!
